ABOUT JILLIAN
I spent my career telling stories.
This one's mine.
I'm Jillian! A journalist by training, an entrepreneur by choice, and someone who believes the scariest pivots make the best stories.

I want you to...
CONFIDENT,
EMPOWERED, AND FIERCE.
I want you to...
As someone who spent decades on TV,
I know what it takes and I want you to be:
STAND OUT AND BE REMEMBERED
The parts that don't fit on a résumé.
OFF THE CLOCK

I'm a Philadelphia native through and through. I'm happiest on a golf course (it's where the LemonRose Golf idea was born) or with a camera in my hand exploring new places. I'm a firm believer that getting nervous is a privilege: it means you're growing.
I'm pivoting in public and sharing it with you, a dog lover (just look at that face), and proof that the most interesting chapter is usually the one you weren't supposed to write.

THE STORY
or nearly twenty years, I had one of the best seats in the room. I anchored national morning television, reported live from the field on the biggest stories of the day, and covered everything from breaking news to the World Series. I won two Emmys along the way. From the outside, it looked like the dream, and a lot of it was.
But somewhere in all those early mornings and live shots, I started asking a quieter question: if no one handed me the script, what would I actually say?

"So in 2023, I did the most uncomfortable thing I could think of. I left television entirely to bet on myself."
Not just one network. All of it. The studio, the title, the security of a career I'd spent two decades building. I went back to school and earned my MBA. I started my own communications and speaking business. And with my friend and co-founder Kristen Casey, I built LemonRose Golf, a brand for women who belong on the course, and own the room off it.
Today I write, I speak, and I help other people find the nerve to use their own voice. I'm still telling stories. The difference is, now I get to choose them.
