Jillian Mele

Jillian Mele spent nearly 20 years in broadcast news, from local newsrooms to national morning television, earning two Emmys. In 2023, she chose to step away and build something of her own, including co-founding LemonRose Golf. In 2024, she launched her confidence program for women, which brought her and Erin together. Through her keynotes and coaching, she helps women believe what she had to learn for herself: confidence is built, not born, and there's room for all of us at the table.

Erin Stringer

Erin Stringer has spent nearly 20 years in philanthropy, raising millions by building relationships that last. Her path ran from Capitol Hill through higher education to major gift fundraising at Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem. In 2024, she joined Jillian's first confidence program and began changing how she saw herself, rep by rep. Now she coaches alongside the woman who coached her, helping women build confidence from the inside out, starting with the relationship they have with themselves.
